What Makes US Different? The Speakermatch Virtual Presenter Certification is a game changer because it offers the best of both worlds in Virtual Presenter Certifications!
What makes the Speakermatch Virtual Presenter Certification different than any other virtual certification programs is that we NOT only verify that you are technically equipped to conduct virtual presentations, but we also evaluate your presentation to make sure it meets our virtual presentation standards of excellence.
Meeting Planners Know...
When booking a speaker, it is not only technical proficiency when conducting a ZOOM call that matters. Planners want to know if presenters have adapted their content to meet the needs of a virtual audience. By receiving our certification, meeting planners and buyer will know that presenters have been fully vetted and are ready to provide them with an engaging, technically sound, unforgettable virtual presentation.
Evaluation CriteriaHow You'll Be Rated
You’ll be rated on a scale of 1-5 for each item on a checklist we'll provide. It’s not easy to get a perfect 5 average score, but taking care of the following before you submit your application will make a big difference in your delivery quality ratings:
- Invest in a high-quality microphone designed for a computer. Poor sound is the biggest reason for a low score in the technical category.
- Use an HD webcam. You may need to invest in a separate webcam instead of using your computer’s built-in unit.
- Have a high-quality internet connection that can handle streaming well.
- Be sure your background is clean and professional.
- Your clothing should be appropriate to your topic and audience.

Virtual presenters aren’t new, but the popularity of virtual presenters is growing… fast! The global pandemic has caused meeting planners to replace physical meetings with virtual delivery options. Until recently, it was common for meeting planners and event attendees to meet in person at a live event first, then supplementing the experience by incorporating virtual training and workshops. Much virtual training was conducted via pre-recorded video.
